Dating The Most Interesting Man In The World

Uncategorized

So last week I reviewed Maryanne Comaroto’s video on Hindsight her latest book out last week. It covered an excerpt from her upcoming DVD series and work shops on relationships.

She spoke about the high we’ve all gotten from that first phase of a relationship. Men and women are all on their best behavior during that initial 90 days. Things that might bother you while dating during this time are pushed aside in favor of peace and harmony. We all allow things to slide during this dating honeymoon phase.

You have your hair perfectly quaffed and your makeup just right. Everything your new man has to say is amazing and brilliant as if sent from God.

Your new man for his part, holds doors for you and asks you what you’d like to do. He to finds everything you have to say interesting and funny.

Sadly, dating for most will never be as fun and flirtatious as it is during those first 90 days. Unrealistic expectations are set up only to be knocked down when stress comes into the relationship. Suddenly, dating doesn’t seem as fun as it used to be.

Maryanne Comaroto, Dating Hindsight, And Happily Ever After

Uncategorized

My wife and I still go out on dates. Yes, after knowing each other inside and out, like the back of our hands, we are still dating.

I believe that taking the time to date and “practice” being together is an important life skill whether your single or married for 30 years.

Why is dating so important?

Well given our lack of time and interest in one on one, nose to nose, toes to toes communication these days, I feel that dating is a skill that is more important than ever. If you learn it right from the beginning, I’ll guarantee that your love life and life in general will go much better for you.

It’s important to take time for each other, to stair into your loved one’s eyes and acknowledge them as your one and only. We all need that reassurance that we are loved in a world that can take that love away in a heartbeat. Love it don’t come easy was the quote I think.

Check out this video from Maryanne Comaroto where she talks about good communication while dating and why it’s so important to you future.
