Wow! Who knew? Tenley from the Bachelor, was not aware of this and lost the man of her dreams.

I have to admit that I did watch ABC’s The Bachelor when it first came out. There was a certain innocence about dating shows like The Bachelor that was appealing to both me and my wife. The Bachelor also gave us the opportunity to talk about our own relationship and what we could do to improve upon it.

That was then and this is now:

Dating shows are defined now by the characters (or lack there of) on them. Their back stories and scandals titillate like no others. We watch not to see love blossom but to see scandals erupt.

I now feel a little dirty watching these shows and don’t know what to think.

Now that the Rozlyn Papa story has faded, Vienna has the dating show world abuzz with revelations that she has a boyfriend back home.

Each new dating show only seems to prove that you can’t find love while on one!

Outside of that I don’t think men or women can learn anything else.

While dating shows like The Bachelor tend to show a less than attractive side to love and dating, they still give insight into the human condition.

This video is no different.

No matter how beautiful you think you are, guys will eventually discover your ugly side. If this dating video from The Dish doesn’t prove to you that being crazy and or needy with a guy will get your way, then I think nothing will.

My dating advice on this is simple. Be kind! How hard is it to be a little more thoughtful?
