This is an absolute great primer for those of you dating men with kids.

I suppose it’s common sense but we all know that love can get in the way of that!

So whether your dating a guy with or without kids, it’s always to act with your lovers best interests at heart. In this way, dating will be both fun and fruitful.

I believe you should look at your quest for true love while out dating in two ways:

That’s right. Mr. Right may have been in your sights and you let him go! He was there in front of you and like a ghost, he vanished. I can think of two seemingly unrelated but important examples of this from two historic American’s:

• President Rutherford B. Hayes while impressed with Alexander Graham Bell’s invention of the phone, didn’t see a use for it.
• H.W. Warner, one of the Warner brothers, thought this of talking movies: “Who in the hell wants to hear actors talk?”

Face the facts, you won’t always make the right dating and mating choices. It’s part of life. Learn from your mistakes and move on. Convince yourself that you’ll be a better person for your experiences, good or bad. We all get a second chance so take advantage.

You are human and you will make mistakes in the men you choose to be your lovers. Not every man is marriage material and therefore, you will end up dating some that lack the proper marriage credentials. Deal with it. Get over it!

We are only human and as such are flawed. It’s what makes us US.

You Have To Be Ready For Mr. Right

Know that Mr. Right is also looking for YOU. Know that he not only wants you but needs you. It’s your civic duty to make yourself available for dating him!

Liz Tucillo in her last dispatch from Sydney Australia where the single women outnumber the men in such a wide margin that men there have no plans for marriage. None of these men apparently will settle down. Dating is just fine with them thank you.

Many of these men will not date women over thirty much less forty.

So what to do?

Cry in your sleep? Get angry? Stay angry? Stop dating? Beat up some random guys? Find a way to get rid of the younger women these Aussie men are dating?

Of course we all know that nature now a days is not what she used to be. Women can turn back the dating clock and look and feel years younger with the help of plastic surgery. There are a number of invasive as well as non-invasive ways to beat mother nature at her own game.

Want the waist, chest, skin, and over all looks of a twenty year old? Done!

Of course the easiest answer may also be the hardest: MOVE to a place where there are more men than women.

So last Friday I featured a Yourtango video on Sydney Australia and what’s going on there in the minds of Australian single men. Single Australian men of any age apparently have their pick of young 20 something women for dating and mating.

The question is what to do if you are a single 30-40 year old woman dating for love and can’t get Mr. Right to even talk to you because of this?

Well, there are several things you can do, some of them drastic and some of them not so much.  Some are good for your health and others not so much. While still some may even get you a better job!

Here are my list of fixes to put you in the catbird seat and get men begging you for a date when you find the competition too hot to handle while out in the dating pool.

1. Move
2. Get in the shape you were in your early twenties
3. Plastic surgery

Let’s take my fixes one by one.

The global market for jobs right now is a mess. Those same twenty something women stealing your men will no doubt steal your job next so why not move to where they can’t do either?

You may have lost your job so why not take the extra time you have to get in the very best shape of your life? Hiring managers (whether men or women) prefer good looking men and women so why not kill two birds with one stone?

Last but not least, older women now have the absolute game changer of all game changers in plastic surgery. There are all kinds of invasive and non-invasive ways for women to look as young as they want.

Men ultimately want to settle down with a smart successful woman so why not give it to them in the best package possible?
